IMPORTANT:

• For details of associated Journal(s), Authors are requested to visit Section-Call for Conference publications.

• Delegates can also attend the conference as Listeners. (Certificate will be provided with all the Conference material.)

• In Case Registered participants unable to attend the Conference, Conference material along with Certificate (In-Absentia  /e-Poster) will be delivered at the Corresponding address of Registered Participants after the Conference. 

• The Registration fee is non-refundable/non-transferable.

• Full length accepted papers (after completing review process) will also be considered for publication in Conference proceeding (with ISBN N0.) without any additional charges, subject to the number of manuscripts received.

• Rs 1000/- per registration will be charged additional in the above registration fees in case of On-spot registrations. 

• On-Spot registration slots are limited, and participants must take prior permission from the Organizing Committee for the same. On-spot registrations will not be applicable for International participants. 

• Charges for accompanying person = Rs 2000/- per person (Only includes presence in all Conference Sessions; Conference working High Tea/Coffee and working Lunch).

• Outstation Delegates are encouraged to visit popular hotel booking websites for Accommodation. Accommodation will also be arranged by the Organizing committee for the registered delegates in the Hotels and Guest houses* (nominal charges*) near Conference Venue on prior request and prepayment basis (upto March 10, 2020).
